Meditation is being able to calm the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, raise the consciousness into a higher mental level, and think clearly and scientifically about a seed thought. This is called "scientific meditation" that is the foundation for clear, sequential, and deep thinking, and has five steps:
- Achieve a state of relaxation of three bodies
- Disassociate from the three bodies and the environment
- Think or meditate about a serous topic from a higher level of consciousness
- Write your thoughts and impressions
- Share the energy by sending blessings to others.
